The Opportunity

Join the EP Commercial Development Team to drive field adoption of Remote Support technologies (EnSite Connect + Medinbox). You will support your customers through remote case support through Ensite Connect, share with your areas the many exciting use cases of Remote Support, develop educations specific to your team needs, and segment customers and target accounts that would benefit from this technology. Additionally, you will consolidate user feedback from the field, keep a database of connected accounts, and support Medinbox install and launch at accounts in your area. Being a part of this team will immerse you in current and future Remote Support initiatives, allow you to work with cross-functional EP teams, and be a part of developing future Remote Support workflows and technology. 

What You’ll Work On

  • Develop remote technique and service model
  • Partner with the commercial development New Technology team
  • Support and align to remote support business model
  • Educate through remote support
  • Develop best practices of remote capital product installation 
  • Exhibit strong communication and analytical skills to understand issues and create solutions
  • Be proficient in Salesforce and Power BI
  • Develop executive level presentations to local teams and area sales leadership with customer segmentation data
  • Understand market and competitive dynamics
  • Drive consistency in mapping knowledge and techniques
  • Work with hospital systems to educate and enable EnSite Connect
  • Build and maintain a positive team culture through daily work
  • Adapt to a dynamically changing service model
  • Gain knowledge on competitive remote service landscape
  • Dynamically and effectively communicate in virtual scenarios

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • Minimum 3-years’ experience in 3D cardiac mapping
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner.  
  • Experience working with complex product portfolios in the medical device industry. Experience with strategic product planning and commercial execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mentorship experience – mentoring individuals on a team to successfully achieve goals
  • Clinical sales experience – accountable for the direct sales of capital and disposables in a territory 
  • Training experience – mentorship or professional training initiatives
  • Marketing experience – work on or closely with a marketing organization on commercializing products

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
