18 Fulltime H-2A Seasonal Jobs available 05/01/2024- 10/12/2024 Use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, shears, knives. Perform all functions necessary to plant, maintain, Harvest, clean up plastic and drip irrigation systems, and package produce pallet ready for sale. Repair and maintain equipment, vehicles and structures. Direct and monitor the work of casual and seasonal help during planting and harvesting. Load agricultural products into trucks and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Reeves Farms LLC is a 7 day per week operation. Workers will all work 6 days per week with 1 day off. Workers' day off will be spread across 7 days, therefore, the day off will be different for each worker. Requirements: * Must have 3 months experience working on a fruit and vegetable farm. * Driving Requirement * Exposure to extreme temperatures * Lifting requirement of 80 lbs. * Repetitive movements, extensive pushing/pulling, extensive walking and frequent stooping.
