You will be the System Integration and Test Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Chelmsford, MA facility, supporting our multifaceted test consoles designed, built, and maintained at our facility. Our team is responsible for ensuring the production of reliable products that meet our customer's requirements.

What You Will Be Doing
As the System Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the architecting of new test stands to system level requirements, designing test solutions, developing algorithms and techniques, and supporting complex digital, RF, and/or microwave custom automated test equipment (ATE) systems. You will work on a variety of tasks across the life cycle of a test, from production floor support to development of new test capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the architecting of new test stands to system level requirements
• Designing test solutions and developing algorithms and techniques
• Supporting complex digital, RF, and/or microwave custom automated test equipment (ATE) systems
• Troubleshooting and debugging existing test equipment
• Collaborating with engineering teams, program management teams, and production floor teams
• Managing and prioritizing your own workload
• Analyzing and resolving problems

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM-related or equivalent professional experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office products to generate status reports, project plans, work instructions, etc.
• Experience writing, editing and supporting existing software code base (LabVIEW or TestStand).
• Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start.
Desired Skills:
• A minimum of 9 years of professional level career experience is preferred.
• Proven success in implementing appropriate methods to measure electrical parameters typically required for components and subassemblies.
• Subject matter expert in Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems.
• Success in developing multiple complex test programs with NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand development environments.
• Proven track record of researching and specifying components for test equipment design.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems down to the test instrument, fixturing, software level or unit under test.
• Proficiency generating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists and other types of engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in Corrective/Preventative action process and implementation.
• Solid background in deriving test requirements from design or system level requirements.
• Ability to identify and author required documentation to correct drawing to actual hardware discrepancies.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
