JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Financial Analyst is a critical member of the
Industrial Powertrain Solutions Corporate FP&A team and will assist with
financial planning, reporting and analysis. We are looking for someone
who can take advantage of data & analytics to provide business insight
and decision support, communicate effectively; identify and drive
improvements; and develop relationships within the finance organization.
Key Responsibilities Partner with FP&A Manager to provide variance
analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior
management. Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics,
financial results, and variance reporting. Support monthly and annual
forecasts for corporate functions including variance analyses,
communication of insights, and reporting results to the business leads.
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to communicate and assist with
the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. Leverage
analytical and system knowledge to organize and harness large amounts of
data to more effectively translate data into insights for business
decision making. Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and
working capital trends. Communicate potential risks and opportunities vs
the plan and recommend action plans to improve returns. Support internal
control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and
Regal Rexnord accounting policies. PROFESSIONAL
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or
Business Administration Global manufacturing experience strongly
preferred High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and
PowerPoint) Experience with Hyperion, BI, OneStream, or other
consolidation and reporting tools Strong written and verbal
communication skills required The ability to perform in a dynamic
cross-functional team environment is critical Strong organization skills
to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities Travel: Regal
Rexnord is a Global Business. Some travel to other Regal Rexnord
