Product Development Center (PDC) located in Wauwatosa, WI is home to the
mantra - You dream it. We build it. Join our team as a Sr. Design
Engineer, ADAS/Enhanced Chassis Controls. Job Summary Join our team as
an Electrical Systems Senior Design Engineer focused on Enhanced Chassis
Control (ECC) technologies. This position will be responsible for
overall ownership of the motorcycle electrical system relating to design
functions at the vehicle level for Enhanced Chassis Controls, acting as
the owner of their design from concept and evaluation to production
launch and in-field quality control. Demonstrate understanding of
specific components and vehicle system level interactions while
possessing technical skills in electronic modules, software and overall
system development and performance. Ensure release of a great motorcycle
and riding experience. The Enhanced Chassis Control system includes
delivery of rider safety enhancements and cornering rider safety
enhancements for the motorcycle. These are a collection of technologies
designed to match motorcycle performance to available traction during
acceleration, deceleration and braking. The systems are designed to aid
the rider in controlling the vehicle while accelerating and braking in a
straight line or while in a turn. Specific functions include: Anti-lock
Braking System (ABS), Electronically Linked Braking (ELB), Drag-Torque
Slip Control (DSCS), Traction Control Systems (TCS) and Vehicle Hold
Control (VHC). Details of these functions on our currently released

on-site at our Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center
