re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and market focused, Commodity Manager in support of the Reverse Logistics ("RL") Material Recovery program. As the RL Commodity Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) partners to ensure commercial and operational standards are meeting AWS business and industry expectations. Responsibilities will include supporting multiple categories of hardware components for proceed recovery, vendor performance management, vendor negotiation, market analysis, and contract/commercial management. To achieve this, the Commodity Manager will need to partner with site operations team to align process improvements with commercial language to continuously optimize our end-to-end recovery strategy and overall sustainability goals.

Key job responsibilities
· Develop and maintain Reverse Logistics recovery channel
· Act as point of escalation for all commercial related issues within external resale/recycling channels

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of procurement or vendor management experience
• 5+ years of reverse logistics experience
• Experience using systems which support procurement, product lifecycle management (PLM), ITAD, inventory management and reverse logistics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
