Education & Experience:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a science related field, advanced degree preferred.
- Financial acumen desired, MBA preferred.
- Requires 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing and product management within life sciences or biotechnology industries.
- Seven or more years of management experience is preferred. Strong leadership skills collaborating across functions and leading a high-performing team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Deep CGT industry knowledge, particularly in regenerative medicine.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, build consensus, and solve tough business problems within highly matrixed product, marketing, and commercial structures
- Proven track record of delivering growth, launching life science products, and executing successful go-to-market initiatives to a targeted customer base
- Excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling professional communication across all layers of Bio-Techne as well as customers’ organizations
- Ensure transparency, alignment, and seamless business execution with cross-functional collaborators and executive leadership
- Craft business cases and data-driven analysis to define successful marketing strategies, develop outstanding products, evaluate new partnerships, and report performance
- Synthesize insights derived from customers, competitors, and markets to inform customer-centric product development and business decisions
- Agility in flexing from strategic thinking to tactical execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
