NY1496688 Experienced Waitstaff needed at Lake Front Restaurant in Cooperstown, NY Primary Duties: - Greet Customers - Present Menus and provide detailed information - Offer menu recommendations when requested - Upsell additional products, when appropriate - Take accurate food and drink orders - Check customer ID to ensure minimum age requirements are met for the consumption of alcoholic beverages - Communicate with kitchen staff - Serve food and drink - Clear dirty plates, glasses, and silverware - Follow regulations set by the health department - Provide excellent service to guests Skills: - Prior experience as a Waiter or Waitress is required - Hands on experience with cash register/ordering system - Attentiveness and Patience with Customers - Excellent presentation skills - Organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment - Team Player - Commitment to quality Seasonal: May through October Full-time and Part-time positions available Shifts: 7am - 2:30pm or 2pm - closing Pay rate: $10 per hour + tips To Apply: Call Alfred at 607-435-2256
