JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description EUA is seeking aData Analyst Internto join
our dynamic team. As an intern, you\'ll play a pivotal role in analyzing
market data, supporting external client strategies, and enhancing our
internal data infrastructure. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional
teams to drive informed decisions and contribute to our AI initiatives.
Job Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: \* Conduct thorough
research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client
preferences. \* Analyze market data related to workplace design,
architectural trends, and engineering innovations. \* Identify growth
opportunities and potential risks based on market dynamics. Client
Insights and Recommendations: \* Collaborate with our marketing and
business development teams to understand client needs. \* Extract,
clean, and transform data from various sources (surveys, market reports,
etc.). \* Develop data-driven insights to enhance our external client
engagement strategies. \* Provide actionable recommendations for
improving client satisfaction and business outcomes. Performance Metrics
and KPIs: \* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related
to market success. \* Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor
client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. \* Assist in evaluating
the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and client outreach efforts.
Strategic Planning Support: \* Participate in strategic planning
sessions to align data insights with business goals. \* Contribute to
the development of market entry strategies and expansion plans. \*
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven
insights into strategic decisions. Client Presentations and Reporting:
\* Prepare concise and impactful presentations for external clients. \*
Communicate data findings effectively, highlighting actionable
takeaways. \* Assist in creating client reports and executive summaries.
Internal Data Organization and AI Preparation: \* Work closely with our
technology team to organize and optimize internal data storage and
retrieval. \* Drive plans and implementation for future data storage,
reporting, and analytic solutions. \* Prepare data for AI and machine
learning applications. Qualifications \* Currently pursuing a
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree inComputer Science, Statistics,
Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related
field. \* Proficiency inPython, SQL, Excel, and data visualization
tools(e.g., PowerBI, Tableau). \* Strong analytical skills and the
ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. \* Knowledge
ofarchitectural design principlesandmarket dynamicsis advantageous. \*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
