The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

Job Description

A Production Associate performs all duties associated with winding supply yarn packages, operating Direct Cable machines and Weaving machines, operating Hot Stretch machines, and operating Lift Trucks for yarn production process. The operator will be responsible for style changes and doffing of machines. Operators will perform random doffing on all machines unless specified otherwise and will be trained in the use of Electric Lift Trucks, and air splicing equipment.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Computer Literate
