Your tasks:
- Leading a team of 5 engineers/technicians
- Leading product improvement and product development projects
- Making decisions based on technical judgment
- Control of technical change processes (ECR/ECN)
- Ensuring an effective article creation process
- Ensure that effective preventive measures are implemented
- Ensuring accessible, efficient, controlled and centralized documentation
Your qualifications:
- Successful Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a mechanical engineer or designer and as a leader of an engineering team
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
- Ideally ERP experience (ProAlpha)
- Fluent English skills
