Required Skills: The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines and be able to shift priorities easily, have a strong work ethic, dependable, organized and able to multi-task, have excellent time management skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills, basic math and tape measure reading, forklift experience, the ability to work well with others, be accurate and attentive to detail. Ability to lift 20-75 pounds repetitively, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, reach overhead and to stand/walk for 10 hours per day.

Education: High School Diploma or GED. Shipping and Receiving Experience Preferred.

This position is full-time. Hours are from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday – Friday. Salary based upon experience. Must be able to work Overtime on little to no notice.

Job Description:
Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Job Duties:

• Receiving freight by signing, verifying, and ensuring shipments are complete and free of damage.
• Physically pulling and packaging shipments adequately for orders by location and part number while maintaining accurate records of traceability for both ground and freight shipments.
• Ensuring space utilization is optimal for in and outbound freight.
• Stocking all inventory in appropriate locations.
• Inventory Management: Assists with maintaining raw material and critical supplies inventory.
• Forklift Operations (use and routine maintenance). Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Conduct basic math calculations to verify quantities and measurements.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Cleaning and organizing inside and out when needed.
• Other Miscellaneous Jobs
