- Provide assistance with activities during assigned shift at the Supervised Living Home.
- Assist with an assessment of individual’s strengths and needs.
- Assist with preparing meals for the individuals and provide client training as recommended.
- Promote and encourage the independence of each individual in the Supervised Living Home.
- Follow the proper procedures when reporting a serious incident to the Site Manager.
- Ensure the safety of each individual in the Supervised Living Home at all times.
- Follow all Millcreek HCBS waiver Policies and Procedures
