Hours:1 PM-11:30 PM Wed-Fri with rotating weekends (Hours May Vary)
Wage: $25.64-32.68/hour (based on qualifications)
JOB DUTIES:

Preventive Maintenance

Repairs to equipment to ensure production up time

Boiler and refrigeration checks

Equipment overhauls and updating

Electrical, welding, pneumatic and hydraulics, elements of troubleshooting and repair work.

All other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Desire 3+ years' experience in a mechanical capacity, including installation, troubleshooting and equipment repair. Desire a MN State Specialist Class Boilers license or higher. Prior experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, plumbing and PLC's. Ammonia refrigeration and preventative maintenance experience is a plus. Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist. Display positive attitude and teamwork skills. Ability to function both independently and in a team-orientated environment.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Company will provide the required tools & equipment necessary for functioning in this position. Employees will be required to wear safety shoes and will be provided with prescription safety glasses if needed. Employees will wear safety equipment as it relates to the requirement for the task.
