Overview:
The Regional Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for daily oversight and performance of an entire sales region within alphabroder. He or she will motivate the region to sell products and services through effective management of sales incentive programs, coaching, career development and reporting mechanisms. The Regional Inside Sales Manager with work with the Inside Sales Supervisor in the region to ensure maximum productivity and performance, with a focus on profitability.
Essential responsibilities:
- Lead a team of up to (15-20) Account Executives, Account Managers, and 1 Inside Sales Supervisor to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, as well as to exceed minimum productivity standards as a region
- Provide regular updates on regional sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting to the senior management team, including ad hoc reporting upon request
- Mentor, guide, and coach the region on a daily basis to enhance performance and ensure compliance with sales methodology (logged in CRM)
- Organize and lead regional meetings to communicate all corporate matters in a positive, interactive, and timely manner
- Create and maintain a superior team through talent recruitment/hiring, performance management, and motivational techniques
- Engage with customers on a regular basis to solidify loyalty and ensure high revenue retention rates within the region
- Actively develop training curriculum and administer regular training relative to the sales process and corporate initiatives
- Administer all internal policies and procedures in accordance with corporate, human resources, budgetary, and finance guidelines. Ensure accuracy of staff data records
