POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the EHS&S Manager, the Sustainability & Responsible Care Coordinator will manage all sustainability initiatives and reporting, Responsible Care and ISO 14001 certification requirements and maintain current certifications and standards throughout the operations facilities. In addition, this role will support other Cremer manufacturing sites as the functional resource for the organization working with internal and external partners to develop, implement and maintain environmental health and safety policies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education, Credentials, Licenses:


Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, related field or equivalent of education and experience

Kind & Length of Experience:


Familiar with ISO 14001
Familiar with Responsible Care
Familiar with Circular Economy (Sustainability)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Able to multitask with several projects
Efficient with Microsoft Office Products


PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND STANDARDS


Perform multiple tasks and/or projects effectively.
Meet RC/ ISO 14001 deadlines.
Track and drive sustainability improvements to meet RC and customer goals.
Track and maintain contractor/vendor approvals, training, and incident records.
Manage SDS's and the chemical control program to meet RC and HACCP requirements.
Follow the MOC and PSSR processes as required under 14001.
Maintain ISO 14001 Key Performance Metrics
Other duties and assigned.
