Willingness to support on-call duties, including emergency call-outs during nights, weekends, and holidays (on a rotating schedule).

Education & Experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred: 2 years of experience in in-building wireless systems.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
The employee must be willing and able to travel as needed to various locations to meet customer and network demands. Adherence to all company safety procedures is mandatory.

Regularly required to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, with most of the day spent standing. The role often involves servicing network equipment and positioning oneself in small, confined spaces, such as remote cabinets, vaults, or buildings with limited workspace.
Must routinely lift, carry, push, pull, install, and/or remove tools and equipment weighing between 20 to 50 pounds.
Must be physically capable of safely operating a variety of equipment, including telecommunications or construction equipment.
Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision (ability to distinguish between different wire sizes and colors), peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
Occasionally required to remain stationary for extended periods while operating computers or other office equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though evening or weekend work may be required on an as-needed basis. Communication regarding work hours will be discussed and agreed upon between the employee and supervisor, with a more formal arrangement established during the trial period. The role also includes on-call responsibilities as assigned, to address ANS Advanced Network Services issues after hours, on weekends, and during holidays.
