Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including
managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling
correspondence.
Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, events, and
appointments for the CEO.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other
documents for the CEO.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
processes for the CEO.
Assist in the preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up
actions for meetings.
Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO, including
itinerary planning, reservations, and expense tracking.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive
information and matters.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members on behalf of
the CEO as needed.
Collaborate with other executives and departments to ensure
seamless communication and coordination.
Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Qualities:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role,
preferably in a marketing or related agency.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability
to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including
professionalism and diplomacy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and
maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in
a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and integrity in dealing with confidential and sensitive
information.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take
initiative.
