Sun Country Airlines is seeking an Airport Coordination Center Agent to perform a variety of tasks to keep operations running safely, efficiently and on-time. This includes focus on load planning such as weight and balance, passengers, operational excellence, execution and knowledge of policies and procedures. The position is responsible for the cross departmental coordination of ground operations.

Airport Coordination Center Agent Overview:
This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to keep operations running safely, efficiently and on-time. This includes focus on load planning such as weight and balance, passengers, operational excellence, execution and knowledge of policies and procedures. The position is responsible for the cross departmental coordination of ground operations.
Essential roles and responsibilities of an ACC Agent:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Provide customer service and support to all stations as well as other SY departments.
Aircraft load planning.
Verification of Cargo Load Report prior to all departures including Military, Charter and Private service
Coordinate operational irregularities to include hotel accommodations and meal vouchers for impacted customers.
Air to ground notification of gate and local bag carousel delivery.
Coordinate with MTC the movement from the pad to the gates for FF's.
Coordinate with appropriate departments in the event of a staff or passenger accident, illness, or injury including Med Link coordination, flights being met by paramedics and emergency response notification and response tracking.
Record mail, cargo, and company material weights loaded onto SY aircraft.
Process security queue and handle inhibited or restricted passengers.
Assist Airport Coordination Center Supervisor and other management with company initiatives and projects.
Research and resolve questions regarding company policies and procedure, FAA/TSA/CBP regulations and safety and security protocols.
Monitor seat map assignments, making changes as needed.
Coordinate overbooking and authorizations, as necessary with a 3rd party company - Secure Flight.
Assist with the load planning of the Amazon Freighter operation
Any other duties assigned by management

The qualifications we are looking for in an ACC Agent include:
High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience
Ability to anticipate needs of coworkers and passengers in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn quickly and understand and interpret flight schedule and airline flight destination information.
Very good communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Microsoft office suite and familiarity with airline applications (AIMS, Sable, Go Now and Navitaire)
Must have the ability to work flexible work hours including availability to work holidays and weekends
Preferred Skills
Prior airline experience
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Must be able to obtain MSP SIDA badge with a CBP seal.

Experience
1 years: 2-way aviation radio communication (preferred)
1 years: Airport Operations (preferred)
