Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Americana Insurance Group in Albert Lea, MN. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing insurance advice and solutions, conducting policy reviews, and assisting with claims processing. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
