What you'll be doing:

Responsible for completing a variety of graphic design duties to further Company Marketing/ Sales objectives. Oversees electronic pre-press functions and the layout and design of all internal and external publications. Provides professional graphics, images, and designs for brochures, print advertisements, promotional handouts, signs, direct mail pieces, newsletters, multimedia presentations, and website information pages. Coordinates activities with outside printers, service agencies, advertisers, and vendors to complete projects within scheduled deadlines and ensure that printed materials are of the highest quality. Provides support to the Marketing/ Sales team and other departments on special projects and copy writing.

• Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of digital design duties.
• Develops professional layouts for Company publications.
• Creates professional designs and layouts for promotional materials including direct mailings, handouts, advertisements, lobby posters, signs, commercial logos, and other visual layouts.
• Creates layouts and designs for specific product brochures.
• Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to product promotion strategies.
• Assists in writing copy as necessary
• Designs graphics for the Company website and all Internet Social Networking endeavors
• Maintains and administers the Company’s primary website.
• Performs typesetting for forms and publications.
• Ensures that graphic design activities and written materials support the image and vision of the marketing plan.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relations, communication, and coordination with Company personnel and management.
• Consults with other departments to develop graphic designs and advertising materials which support strategic objectives for new product lines
• Works with the marketing team on the inception and development of creative ideas and concepts related to promotional campaigns. Provides suggestions, ideas, and support to area personnel. Assists with special projects as needed.
• Works with Marketing/ Sales staff to coordinate completion of projects within established schedules and budgets.
• Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
• Attends and participates in meetings as required.
• Assumes responsibility for maintaining professional business relations with communications distributors and suppliers, external business contacts, and trade professionals.
• Coordinates Marketing activities with printers, service agencies, advertisers, and vendors to complete design projects on time.
• Obtains and conveys information politely and promptly.
• Orders materials and supplies as needed.
• Maintains and projects the Company's professional reputation.
• Resolves questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
• Completes special projects as assigned.
• Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well organized.
