Job Description
Laborers - 6 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/25-12/31/25.
Employer: Ruddy & Sons Masonry Inc, 33 Three Mile Harbor Rd, East Hampton, NY 11937.
Duties: Load & Unload material from trucks, sort and supply material, mix, digging, clean equipment and work area, maintain client property. Transportation provided by employer to/from worksites from designated pickup location: 33 Three Mile Harbor Rd, East Hampton, NY 11937.
No education required. No experience required.
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm for a total of 40 hours/wk at $20.66-$22/hr. OT 0-10 hours per week. OT varies per week at $30.99-$33/hr. Possible work on Saturdays, when necessary. Discretionary bonus may be given at employers discretion.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
