WHAT WE OFFER.
- $16.00 or more per hour starting pay based on experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- 18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or two years post-secondary education in a related teaching/special education field of study a bonus.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs helpful.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work with a team to assist students inside or outside of the classroom and may include supporting as a bus aide.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- A desire to continually increase your knowledge and an unrelenting ability to make positive change in the lives of students.
