We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor role; this position works rotating hours (1:30PM – 12AM | 3:30PM – 2:00AM) and offers a salary of $50-60K annually, plus a full benefits package including medical, dental, 401K, and paid time off. Bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking candidates preferred

The Production Supervisor will ensure employees work safely and at a pace that meets the production goals and quality standards in a fast-paced setting, specifically, this position:
 

  • Supervises a diverse team of production operators  

  • Ensures all employees are at their assigned work areas with sufficient workloads  

  • Maintains timely workflow through production floor and sorting 

  • Utilizes production and quality metrics, visual indicators, and positive reinforcement to ensure production expectations are met  

  • Consistently enforces company policies and procedures.

  • Provides training and real time supervision of production workforce

  • Determines hiring, training, and employee improvement needs.

  • Communicates with customers regarding timeliness of delivery, quality, and other matters   

Candidates should possess:

  • Proven Leadership capabilities including supervision and motivation

  • Production supervisory experience in assembly, warehouse, linen cleaning, or related field

  • Communication skills, particularly experience direct communication to customers, clients, or prospects



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
