340B Solutions Consultant
CPS Solutions, LLC
Remote/Home-based
As the full time, exempt 340B Solutions Consultant with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will serve as a key resource and consultant on standards and compliance with the 340B program providing 340B Drug Pricing Program support to all CPS clients. You will serveas an independent consultant and liaison to key stakeholders to help ensure appropriateutilization and compliancewith 340B Programrequirements. You will assist the 340B team with the following: Reviewing and analyzing data for current CPS 340B agreements, consulting engagements, and prospective clients; Provide 340B program assistance and train client staff on 340B oversight processes; Regularlycommunicate withall staffinvolvedwith the340Bprogram to ensurethatprocessesremain efficient andtoaddressanyproblemsorsuggestionsfor improvement; and assist with the 340B program optimization services. You will travel to and perform work at client sites up to 50% of work time.
Schedule: This fulltime position is scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday days, however, may include occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, if necessary, and based upon business needs or when traveling to a client site.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee and participate in consulting opportunities related to 340B compliance and quality improvement to include project management; active participation in assessments; evaluation, analysis, reporting and presenting of findings; and recommendations, corrective action plans, and other deliverables
Analyze Data Request List (DRL) elements from clients for compliance with all regulatory aspects of the 340B program
Analyze WAC/GPO/340B purchasing to optimize program savings
Develop processes and assist with implementation and training for 340B self-audits
Assist with the 340B program optimization services
Maintain expertise in pharmacy practice, 340B compliance and regulatory issues, and quality improvement
Investigate, analyze, and resolve potential and/or actual 340B compliance and/or quality related risk events
Assist in the provision of the educational needs of the company by maintaining complete and current content of resources and tools that promote 340B compliance
Maintain proficiency in developing and delivering effective presentations and written materials to a variety of audiences including C-Suite consulting clients & administrators and CPS leadership; in addition to speaking engagements and publishing through key professional conferences and organizations
Support ongoing development and execution of company and division specific strategies
Promote a culture of customer satisfaction with internal and external clients
Education/Abilities/Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
ACE certification required
Advanced degree that supports 340B Solutions preferred (i.e., MBA, MA)
5 years recent work experience with 340B operations
2 years of recent work experience with 340B oversight and consulting
Ability to meet company standards for a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) background check
Ability to travel up to 50% of work time away from home location by air or car
Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to 340B and associated billing practices
Expertise with 340B splitting software, 340B Third Party Administrative software, electronic medical records systems, and 340B purchasing and analysis
