| Job Description: |
Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Farmworkers to work in Farmington, MN.
From: 03/24/2024 - 11/29/2024
Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day
All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Workers may be requested to work additional hours, weekends, holidays, and the Sabbath depending on crop conditions and need.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: Plant, cultivate, weed, harvest, wash, sort produce including bagging and boxing produce for market. Clean work and storage areas. Work hours are determined by crop and weather conditions. Workers who have a clean driving record and insurable driver's license may be required to drive company vehicles. Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Class D License,Criminal background check and drug screen at employer's expense, Lift 50 lbs., Exposure to extreme temperatures, Extensive pushing or pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over and repetitive movements. No minimum education required.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
