Responsibilities:

• Assist consumers in skill development,
• Collaborate and develop IAP’s (Individualized Action Plans) with consumers and other staff when appropriate
• Assist with community integration
• Provide medication administration,
• Support activities in the community,
• Develop short term goals with consumers to assist with integration into the community.  

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Ideally 2-3 years prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness

Schedule:

• Friday-Sunday overnight (11pm-9am) - 2 vacancies
• Thurs-Sat 11p-9am (30 hours)

Schedules: 

• Friday-Sunday 11pm-9am (30 hours)
• Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm (40 hours)
