JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a hardworking, energetic full-time Chiropractic Office Assistant to add to our team. We are a family practice that sees a lot of kids so being able to think fast on your feet, able to multi-task in a busy environment and have a desire to SERVE families is a must!
Full-time hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-6:00PM, with a lunch break. Occasional evening/weekends for staff development workshops or marketing events.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering the phone and interacting with patients
- Verifying insurance
- Posting payments from patients and insurance companies
- Billing insurance
- Filing charts, copies,various computer tasks
- Cleaning

We train chiropractic assistants in-house.
