Amentum is seeking Senior Target Intelligence Analyst for an upcoming opportunity in Tampa, FL.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide qualified target intelligence, utilizing all-source intelligence to develop Target System Analysis (TSA), targets, and compile and maintain target lists.
  • Assist with the development of targeting strategies. 
  • Support the target vetting and validation process.
  • Conduct all-source analysis for Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) and assist with Combat Assessment (CA).
  • Perform tasks that include preparing significant intelligence reports, preparing responses to requests for information, data entry into intelligence databases (e.g. IC Palantir), provide link and nodal analysis products, network studies, and predictive and historical analysis.
  • Provide input to collection management, assessing current collection, advise tasking of collection platforms and assets.
  • Identify collection gaps, trends and opportunities; test assumptions, and recommends refined collection.
  • Supports development of collection strategies that leverage multiple disciplines to fulfill intelligence gaps. 
  • Review and evaluate collection and evaluate sources.
  • Assess information and provide recommendations and analysis regarding the accuracy, completeness and analytic fidelity of all-source intelligence.
  • Collect, review, and analyze intelligence to determine if adequate information flow exists and identify potential gaps.
  • Recommend solutions to determine effective and efficient strategies.
  • Perform all tasks that result in or support input to target development, target systems analysis, critical vulnerabilities analysis to include but not limited to drafting vulnerabilities assessments and other supporting intelligence products. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must possess an active U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
  • Must be able to obtain a polygraph. Current polygraph preferred.
  •  Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or DD-214 in related field (USN:  183X, 3912, 3913, 3924 USA:  35A, 35F USAF:  14N, 1N0, 1N1B USMC:  020X, 0231).
  • Minimum 8+ years of related experience required  
  • Completion of  Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) certification required.
  • Completion of the following training courses desired: Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) for Targeteers, Google Earth for Target Developer’s, Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) Course, Joint Planner’s Course or equivalent (i.e., Joint and Combined Warfighting School - JPME II , SAMS, CGSC, War College, DIA intel Planners courses). Experience on the following systems: Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), Digital Precision Strike Suite (DPSS) Collateral Damage Estimation (DCiDE).
