JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Join our dynamic hotel team as a Night Auditor, where no two nights are ever the same. While the city sleeps, you'll be the guardian of unforgettable guest experiences and the master of behind-the-scenes operations.

What You'll Do:
Transform late-night check-ins into warm welcomes, turning tired travelers into happy guests. You'll be the problem-solver, the friendly face, and the go-to person who keeps our hotel running smoothly through the midnight hours. Think of yourself as part concierge, part financial wizard, and part hospitality hero.

Your night-time adventures will include:
* Creating magical moments for guests, from helping with late-night requests to ensuring their stay exceeds expectations
* Mastering our hotel systems to handle check-ins and check-outs with style
* Balancing daily transactions with precision (your inner accountant will love this part!)
* Crafting detailed reports that keep our operation running like clockwork
* Being the champion of guest satisfaction when the unexpected happens

What You Bring to the Table:
* A high school diploma and a year of customer service experience (hotel experience is a bonus!)
* The ability to turn conversations with guests into connections
* Computer skills that would make any tech enthusiast proud
* Knowledge of local hotspots and hidden gems to share with our guests
* Spanish language skills? Even better! (but not required)
