Job Description

Growing, dynamic procurement team supporting the U.S. Bank Payments organization is seeking people to establish and grow relationships with the business and vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting senior leaders, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and proactively mitigating risks. Opportunity to use your skills and experience to nurture relationships and develop strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders on a new team.
Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Eight to ten years of experience in procurement contract activities.
Preferred Skills/Experience • Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and contract negotiation and administration • Knowledge of Procurement leading practices • Strong relationship management and business development abilities • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated project management skills • Well-developed management and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels across the company
