Job Description:
RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a IT Project Manager II to join our team. JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager II will manage one or more moderate to advance complexity cross-functional project teams responsible for delivering defined outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results. Works closely with the project stakeholders, project sponsors, resource managers and others to guide efforts toward achieving intended business results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(95%) Project Management
Determines and defines project scope and objectives
Collaborates with IT leads to determine resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepares budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Tracks project costs to meet budget expectations
Develops a detailed plan/schedule to monitor and track the progress of the project
Performs risk management analysis to reduce project risks
Reports and escalates to upper management as needed
Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Ensures all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Leads the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
Ensures resource availability and allocation
Coordinates with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
Manages relationships between vendors and stakeholders
Measures project performance using appropriate project management tools
Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilizes the Delivery Management Office's (industry) best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

(5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
4 years of IT project management experience using project management methodology, techniques, and tools
2 years of IT and/or healthcare experience
Knowledge of and competency in project management processes, including planning tasks and allocating resources, risk management, issues management, time management, financial management, working in teams, quality management, monitoring and reporting, and documentation.

Preferred:
BA/BS in technology, project management, medical or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or demonstrated progress toward PMP Certification
Proficiency with project management and time keeping tools
