Required Education, Skills, and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required. A technical school certificate in a related field, such as Welding/ Fabrication or Precision Machining.

Proven experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding, with a portfolio or examples of past projects.

Familiarity with operating equipment such as waterjets, CNC press brakes, CNC mills, and machine lathes is highly desirable, but not required.

A creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to experiment and tackle complex fabrication challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with engineers and other team members to realize project visions.

Dedication to craftsmanship, quality, and detail, ensuring that every piece produced meets our high standards.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Must wear proper PPE at all times
- Able to move heavy objects under 50 lbs. without assistance
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable source of transportation
All SaltWorks Employees are held accountable to food safety and quality standards that are communicated in job descriptions, during onboarding training, annual refresher training, posted policy statements, and posted GMP and HACCP reminders. All Employees are responsible for reporting food safety and food quality problems to a manager for immediate correction.
Salary Range: $25-$37 per hour non-exempt
