Who we are looking for...
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Servicing Transfer Coordinator that has strong
project management skills to ensure efficient, timely and successful
servicing transfers. This role is responsible for coordinating with external
counterparties, vendors and internal partners. Along with understanding
prior servicer practices that may impact future servicing & ensuring
images, data and reporting are timely and completely received. The
coordinator will ensure internal and effectively review inbound loan
data/images, and ensure customer communications are sent in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Using your exceptional understanding of the mortgage servicing transfer
process, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding
customer notifications relevant to servicing transfers. This includes Goodbye
Letters, Hello Letters, and Validation of Debt letters
You will keep up with changing regulatory requirements that impact the
servicing process in order to facilitate and handle complex servicing
transfers, with an emphasis on preventing all negative borrower impact.
You will use strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate
with counterparties, vendors, and internal partners.
