Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of North Carolina and at least two years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.

Updated basic CPR, eligibility for medical malpractice coverage if required, and other documentation for the health service’s credentialing process.

A satisfactory criminal background report is required. Documentation of identity and employability of the applicant will be required before the hiring process can be finalized.

Full knowledge of the principles and practices of professional pharmacy; ability to plan and implement the delivery and improvement of services, programs, staffing and resources; ability to prepare reports to upper management and to contribute to changes in policies, procedures, and protocols; assure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, the NC Board of Pharmacy policies and procedures, and customer service standards; ability to schedule, assign, and manage the work of others; ability to develop and maintain budget issues according to requirements
