you will do The Order Fulfillment Specialist is an in office, 5 day/week
position. You will assist in the Customer order entry and order
management process to ensure all elements of orders are captured,
complete and ready to ship. This position will actively manage due dates
to ensure on-time-delivery by coordinating activities between Customer
Service and Supply Chain. This position involves working directly with
Customers, Internal Sales, Product Management, Inside Sales, Technical
Services, L&D, Delivery Creation, Materials Planning and Customer
Support teams. How you will do it Process orders via SAP ERP system.
Proactively pull & review reports to ensure on time
shipments/deliveries. Work closely with various internal OTC teams to
complete order shipments. Work with and support Customer Service team.
Monitor inventory levels on orders to determine proper warehouse
shipping points. Monitor orders for backorders, ship date changes,
