Our client has an immediate need for a accounting clerk for their Bismarck location.

Hours: 8am - 5pm - Monday through Friday

Job Description:

The ideal candidate would have the ability to work independently, possess exceptional organizational skills, and follow-up on collecting receipts in a timely and efficient manner.

* Scanning, filing, and organizing various financial documents.
* Reconcile company credit cards as well as various accounting reports and fuel inventory management.
* Assist accountant with other accounting functions as needed and serve as back up for payroll department.
* Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

* 2-year associate degree in business & finance or Associate of Applied Science Administrative Assistant
* 3-5 years Data Entry in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and database management
* 3-5 years formal training or experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, developing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and ability to provide technical support to other staff.
