Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs the Organizational Change Management Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.This role will be critical to prepare the Solventum organization globally for successful deployment of the new ERP solution based on SAP S4 HANA as the core element. This position is based in the United States and is becoming a part of the ERP Leadership team.The role will require a combination of strong skills in Organizational Change Management tools and practices, experience in planning and executing training for the different user and stakeholder communities of the ERP Solution, role mapping and communication to ensure the organization is ready for the changes in business process and solutions which are implemented with the introduction of a new ERP Ecosystem. The role has ownership for aligning Change, Training and Communication deliverables.Experience of learning solutions and tools in the OCM and Training context and working with System Integrators are critical for success factors for this role to be effective.Here, you will make an impact by:Establishing the Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework for the ERP program at Solventum and drive execution with third party vendors, System Integrators and the ERP Program team.Establishing and executing communication plans to the different stakeholder and user communities in the context of the ERP program.Implementing a training framework and plan to get the different user communities ready for using the ERP Ecosystems effectivelyDriving role mapping for users to ERP authorization models, working with the System Integrator, Security and other Solventum teams.Setting up a community of global change leads and super users to leverage a practice of peers in the different business and functional teams.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 12 years of experience in organizational change management.ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:10 years of experience in organizational change management leadership roles in context of ERP global programs5 years of experience in SAP Workforce Readiness5 years of Supervisory/Leadership experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience working with (or for) SAP, Certified Partners, Managed Services providers or System IntegratorsExperience in a multi-national large company - preferably in Life SciencesWorking knowledge in Learning and Training Tools, preferred in the context of SAP.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and team collaboration skills.Work location:RemoteTravel: May include up to [%5][domestic/international]Relocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
