Overview: The Materials Management Associate I will assist in a variety
of materials management and production planning functions; including,
but not limited to, purchasing, inventory management, packaging,
shipping, receiving, documentation, fulfilling internal material
requests and handling the distribution of goods and supplies. This
position will work within defined protocols and procedures. The shift
will be Friday to Tuesday, 8am - 4pm. Essential Duties: Include, but are
not limited to, the following: Receive, verify, inventory, or deliver
incoming materials. Facilitate shipment of outgoing materials or
products. Maintain inventory and associated records for raw materials,
intermediates, disposables, consumables, reagents, and spare parts.
Purchase materials to maintain designated inventory levels. Provide
support for inventory control of non-conforming materials. Execute NCMR
segregation, containment, and disposition phases. Perform RIM review and
release labeling. Perform Process Order checks (verifies
materials/batches available for productions). Handle products using
material handling equipment. Develop, process, and maintain purchase
order requisitions. Assist with operations process and improvement
projects. Ability to accurately follow procedures with minimal
direction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Support and
comply with the company\'s safety, environmental, and Quality Management
System policies and procedures. Uphold company mission and values

Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Act with an inclusion mindset

Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in business, operations, or
related field; or high school diploma/GED and 2+ years of relevant
experience. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or material
