ON - SITE. FTE: 0.500000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: The Occupational
Therapist II Multi Department provides comprehensive occupational
therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing,
and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist
participates in varied designed to enhance patient care and programs. An
Occupational Therapist demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment
skills and has ability work in any department or location assigned based
on rehab needs. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of two years of
clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I
responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment is required.
Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational
Therapy program is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must be
proficient at all OT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level
and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. May
require clinical expertise in specific discipline. LICENSURE
DESCRIPTION: WI state license as an Occupational Therapist is required.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare
Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days
