● Performs routine landscaping maintenance.
● Snow removal and maintenance.
● Mows, aerates, and fertilizes lawns of RBC Facilities.
● Loads and unloads equipment and supplies, cleans and cares
for basic tools and equipment.
● Assists in the repair of water line breaks, cuts and lays
sod, cleans sprinkler lines, valves and heads.
● Assists Facilities Maintenance Techs with painting,
equipment repairs, and other assigned duties.
● Waters, pull weeds, and other tasks in maintaining flower beds.
● May assist the Facilities Maintenance Techs with tree
trimming, removing, and spraying trees.
● Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
