Position Summary
This position will create an engaging digital commerce experience using Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce Order Management System, Salesforce Communities, and Digital Experience Apps. The B2B Ecommerce Product Manager will be responsible for enhancements and innovations of the solution to align with evolving business and customer requirements.
Your end users are customers and Sales and Operations staff. Business stakeholders include outside agencies, IT, Marketing, Sales, Engineering & Product Management, Operations, and other e-commerce team members.
Principle Accountabilities
- Manages the development and building of new digital capabilities associated with servicing the customer journey with excellence and maximizing user engagement.
- Engages end users and stakeholders to build business cases, develop key performance indicators, and launch digital commerce capabilities.
- Using requirements from Product Management and Marketing, enhance search and merchandising capabilities and experiences on the website.
- In partnership with IT, coordinate systems and solutions throughout the product life cycle from strategic definition through end-of-life planning
- Works with a variety of stakeholders to align ideas to the vision and strategy for digital commerce capabilities.
- Works with Digital Adoption Lead, Marketing, and Sales Operations to coordinate the creation of product launch collateral, including training, user documentation, marketing collateral, and demonstrations.
- Measures and reports performance and quality of Jensen’s digital commerce solution to leadership; model and forecast revenue growth for the channel.
- Provides market, industry, and competitive expertise and analysis to drive product performance.
- Coordinates periodic touch bases with front-line Jensen employees and customers to gather feedback and insights. This includes but is not limited to in-person visits to Jensen sites or customer locations, video conferencing, trade shows, or other appropriate methods.
- Identifies key barriers and applies problem-solving skills to deal creatively with complex situations.
