Job Description

 
KEY FUNCTIONS Develop, review, and maintain schedules for assigned major and/or multiyear project(s) throughout the lifecycle and development phases based on the information provided by various disciplines and customers. Responsible for the overall schedule tracking, monitoring, and reporting efforts to ensure major and/or multiyear project(s) and/or program(s) are completed on schedule. Create cost and resource loaded scheduling and incorporate into project schedule. Review schedule status and provide timely updates to internal Project Managers and clients. Present schedule related information and feedback to the Project team including the owner and subcontractors. Analyze schedule impacts and recommend necessary corrective actions to be taken to avoid cost and schedule overruns. Assess project objectives and ensure long term and short-term goals are being met Schedule data gathering, schedule updates, and data analysis to measure and report progress (e.g. earned value, schedule performance index), plan near or long-term activities, and forecast project completion. Prepare and present results, alternatives, and/or recommendations to support business decisions, to manage project costs and schedules, and to mitigate potential risks to assigned major and/or multiyear projects and/or programs.
