Continental Surface Solutions India plant  manufactures premium surface materials for both passenger cars and 2-wheelers. The products include Acella Eco and Acella Lux materials, which add aesthetic value to vehicle interiors. Today, the plant supplies  to all the major OEMs in the country and plans  to service the ASEAN region in future too.

The position is responsible for:

1. Statutory Labour Compliances (certifications, permits, registrations, periodical filing of reports and returns)
2. Collaboration with local authorities and government offices
3. Travel management, Payroll input to the central HR operation center
4. Shopfloor management
5. Recruitment of White/Blue collar employees
6. Employee training
7. Employee service management eg. canteen, transportation
8. Report incidents immediately on occurence
9. Employee Engagement activities
10. Reward and Recognition

• HR professional qualification (MBA HR/ MPM / DLL )
• 7-8 years experience in statutory compliances
• Must have worked in union environment and supported in long terms settlements
• Good skills in Interpersonal, Problem solving, Negotiation and Analytics will be required
