We cook a lot of breakfasts and lunches, this job requires you to cook eggs, lots of omelettes, potatoes, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, toast, burgers, deep fried foods and make sandwiches, wraps and salads. |

Job Description: |
A short-order cook makes quick-to-cook dishes such as eggs, potatoes, bacon, pancakes, burgers, fries and sandwiches. It requires the ability to cook a variety of foods in a variety of methods, such as flat top grilling, deep frying, assembling sandwiches and salads, etc. Being efficient and having the ability to multitask is a must. You would prepare many ingredients in advance so orders are done quicker. You would also keep a clean work area, do some restocking and managing supplies, and ensure proper use and storage of food by dating and rotating perishables kept in refrigeration.
