Job Summary:

Under direction and supervision performs routine and delegated tasks based on the department needs to further expand services provided to our customers.  These tasks will contribute to meeting specific project needs and general needs of the department of Volunteer Services and are performed within all existing regulatory and hospital standards, policies, and procedures.  Reports to Business Analyst.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited school program.
• May require appropriate documented education in related classes specific to the department needs.
• Current junior, senior or graduate student or individual with career experience in education, marketing or communications
• Fluent in all Microsoft systems, CANVA, Survey Monkey, Adobe Illustrator (preferred) or other presentation/animation programs
• Excellent writing and editing skills with passion and commitment for creating engaging and user-centric content
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories
• Ability to convey regulatory information in a clear manner
• Proven experience/education in course writing, instructional design, or similar role in an educational content development environment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
