Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and hard-working plumbing apprentice to add to our growing team. In this position, it will be your job to assist our Journeymen Plumbers with our residential and commercial clients with all of their plumbing and drainage issues. Your tasks will involve helping to locate leaks and patch them, as well as repairing blockages and corrosions that are impacting the quality of the client’s system. You will also be asked to repair and install new fixtures, pipe fittings, and pipes, among other things. As one of our plumber apprentices, you will work directly with our clients. So you should be able to demonstrate professionalism while working in their homes. You will also be asked to observe all pertinent health and safety requirements while you work.

Plumbing Apprentice Responsibilities:

· Help install underground plumbing, pipes, and fixtures

· Help assess the state of the client’s plumbing system and determine the source of its problems

· Use your specialized knowledge and training to repair and maintain plumbing and drainage systems

· Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems

· Answer any questions that the client may have about their systems

Plumbing Apprentice Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Three to four years plumbing apprenticeship or another type of formal plumbing training

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to use a wide variety of plumbing tools and techniques
