Job Description Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Market Admin Manager!
Leads team of Branch Administration Managers and Branch Administrators within assigned Market. Ensures Market-wide timely and accurate order processing, aftermarket billing, and customer support for locally and remotely processed sales and service transactions. Reviews monthly progress and results with Market management. Key resource in the dissemination of new Company policies and ensures sales and service transactions are processed within the parameters of Company operating policies. Heavily engaged in resource planning and staff allocation to ensure Administrative goals are met. Serves as expert level resource within the Market for operational questions and/or as conduit to Region or Corporate staff as needed.

Responsibilities
Assist in the training of Sales staff on Konica Minolta operational practices
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation of direct team members
Recruit, hire, and train new team members
Ensure optimal allocation of Administration staff to ensure Market level performance goals are achieved
Serve as expert level Administrative resource for Market Maintain expert level knowledge of Branch Administration tasks:
Enter, track, and schedule delivery for all orders processed within the assigned Branch(es)
Ensure that all order and contract paperwork is in compliance with Company policies and procedures
Set-up and maintain all master data records for customers processed within assigned branch(es)
Review and pre-edit orders to be submitted to the National Account Customer Care Center
Set-up maintenance contracts for assigned customers and execute all related billing functions (including specialized invoice generation, backup meter collection, invoice corrections, etc.)
Review and monitor lease fundings and follow-up as needed to ensure Konica Minolta is paid as quickly as possible
Maintain customer access to MyKMBS.com as required
Respond to customer inquires
Assist Branch personnel with Administrative issues
Advise Market management of processing status and issues as needed
Advise Market management and Region Administration Manager of recurring quality issues with submitted order paperwork


Qualifications
High School diploma or higher educational degree required
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high stress environment
Experience with SAP or demonstrated experience to learn SAP or similar systems
Management experience or demonstrated capacity for leadership roles
Coaching and employee development skills
Ability to process potentially volatile customer complaints in a professional manner
Related industry experience preferred
Ability to travel as needed to all Branch locations within Market
