| Job Description: |
Need 9 full time, temporary, seasonal Farmworkers - Livestock (cattle) to work in Hoffman, MN.
From: 01/16/2024 to 11/15/2024
Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.
ESST Law: Effective 01/01/2024, Employers must provide each employee in Minnesota at least one hour of sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours in a year.

NOTE:
JOB DUTIES: Care and tend for cattle in winter stalls during cold weather months. Calve out calves and care for calves and nursing mothers. Shop work and general facility and equipment maintenance. In the spring, plant, harvest and haul all forage crops and silage.
Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage range due to experience or merit.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3 months experience; Driver's License or able to obtain one in 30 days of hire; no minimum education requirement.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
