The New High Energy Theory Center (NHETC) at Rutgers University plans to hire one or more theoretical high energy physics post-doctoral associates with three-year terms beginning September 1, 2025 or after. The theory group faculty members include Tom Banks, Matt Buckley, Emanuel Diaconescu, Daniel Friedan, Sergei Lukyanov, Gregory Moore, David Shih, and Scott Thomas, as well as many postdocs and students. Rutgers University requires post-doctoral associates to have a Ph.D. when the position begins.

Immunization Requirements

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
